Dear Administrator, If i pay for this template instead of using it for free – will i be able to add a leaderboard (728×90) on the top and 2 more wide skyskraper (160×600) one on the left and one on the right for the purpose of Adsense? Need your advise whether it is possible or the theme is locked for all such kind of modifications.

Theme is not locked, but you should know how to do it.
